About this role
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive our relationships with top consulting firms. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with leading global consultancies. You'll identify opportunities for mutual growth, create strategic alignment, and drive revenue through these vital partnerships.
What you'll do
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across top consulting firms, particularly within their legal technology and innovation teams
Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive adoption of Robin AI's solutions within consulting engagements
Create joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling programs and solution alignment
Network cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements
Set goals, track and evaluate partnership progress through key metrics on sales, revenues and product usage
Create and execute innovative plans to maximize partnership potential and drive long-term revenue growth
Lead go-to-market activities with partners to ensure maximum impact and successful delivery
What about my skills?
4+ years of partnership or business development experience, with a proven track record of managing consulting firm relationships
Deep understanding of management consulting operations and technology adoption patterns
Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex deal structures and partnership agreements
Outstanding relationship-building skills at both executive and operational levels
Experience working cross-functionally, especially with engineering, product, sales and marketing teams
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex workstreams
