About the role
We’re seeking a dynamic Partnerships Executive – Channel Partnerships to lead the development and growth of our partner network. You will be instrumental in driving indirect revenue by recruiting, enabling, and supporting partners across key markets.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and GTM strategy — ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and understands the nuances of channel sales and co-marketing.
What You’ll Do- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to scale Liven’s reach and merchant acquisition efforts.
- Design and execute engagement strategies to activate, support, and grow partner performance.
Deliver structured onboarding, training, and enablement to ensure partner success. - Foster trusted relationships with partner stakeholders across commercial and operational functions.
- Launch joint GTM initiatives and co-branded marketing campaigns to drive merchant activation.
Monitor and analyse partner KPIs using CRM and data tools to identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align objectives and streamline partner experience.
- Provide creative and scalable solutions to partner challenges and friction points.
- Contribute to the long-term channel strategy and help evolve Liven’s partnership model.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in channel partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or payments.
- Strong grasp of channel sales mechanics, indirect revenue strategies, and partner lifecycle management.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and commercial negotiation skills, with experience collaborating across GTM functions to deliver shared outcomes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot; comfortable analyzing performance data to inform strategy.
