The Role

WHO WE ARE

TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Fire MCN gets an average of 40 million views per day. In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication.

We are seeking a Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator who will will support the execution of innovative brand collaborations, emphasizing managing relationships, creating compelling client-facing materials, and planning/executing activations. This individual will also assist with post-campaign reporting, sending merch boxes, and collaborating with the social/community team to ensure brand partner satisfaction and optimal performance.

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and maintain engaging pitch decks, case studies, and promotional materials to communicate partnership value
  • Develop and manage brand activations from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with objectives and delivering on partner goals
  • Serve as a point of contact for partners, managing communication, relationship building, and problem resolution during the partnership
  • Create in-depth recap decks and reports on partnership activations, detailing results, ROI, and future opportunities
  • Organize and manage the sending of branded merchandise or campaign kits to partners and clients
  • Partner closely with internal teams, such as social/community managers, production, and talent teams, to ensure cohesive partnership execution
  • Identify trends and opportunities by staying informed of industry developments and competitor activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, or similar roles
  • Experience in creating marketing materials and executing brand activations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Creative thinker, self-starter, and highly organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google G-Suite, and Canva (preferred)
