You will be a critical member of our Operations team, focusing on:
- Partnership Management - You will own relationships with key financial partners including card networks, acquiring banks, and e-wallet providers. You will drive operational excellence through SLA management and workflow optimization and collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to identify and execute on new opportunities.
- Business Development - You will build and maintain a strong partner pipeline through strategic outreach and qualification. Lead partner-focused campaigns from ideation through execution and develop scalable processes for partner onboarding and engagement
- Analytics & Operations - You will work in close collaboration with various cross functional teams to monitor and analyze partnership metrics to drive data-informed decisions, standardize best practices across partner operations and manage multiple concurrent projects with various stakeholders. You will be entrusted to play a key role in resolving complex partner inquiries through cross-functional collaboration

- You have 1-2 years of prior work experience in partnerships, business development, or operations OR you may be a fresh graduate with an impressive internship experience that qualifies you for the role.

- Track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality with ability to operate independently
