The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Partnerships & Affiliate Manager to lead our expansion in the US market. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing high-value affiliate partners, influencers, and strategic brand collaborations.
The ideal candidate is a savvy negotiator with a "sales-first" mindset who understands the nuances of the American consumer landscape and knows how to scale a performance-based program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute an aggressive affiliate marketing strategy to drive high-volume traffic and ROI-positive conversions.
- Partner Recruitment: Proactively scout, vet, and onboard new affiliates, including large-scale publishers, niche bloggers, and loyalty/coupon sites.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and optimize relationships with existing partners to ensure GlassesUSA.com remains their top-performing brand.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze performance data daily to optimize commissions, creative assets, and conversion rates.
- Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms and "flat fee" placements to secure premium visibility on partner sites.
- Market Alignment: Ensure all messaging and offers resonate with the US market trends and seasonal shopping behaviors.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management, preferably within the E-commerce or D2C space.
- Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with the US consumer market and American digital media landscape.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills—you aren’t afraid to "cold call" a potential partner or negotiate for better placement.
- Native English:
Native-level English speaker (or equivalent fluency) is a significant advantage, as you will be communicating daily with US-based partners. - Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ) to track performance and make informed decisions.
- Self-Starter: A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
