Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development and Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology product sales, exceptional partnership-building skills, and a passion for the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our AI tools.
  • Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, working collaboratively to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Sales and Positioning: Effectively position and sell our AI technology products to potential clients and partners, demonstrating their value and benefits.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with partners and clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Distributed Teams: Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the technology or gaming industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in game development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
