Samaritans Purse is seeking a Partnership Manager to serve with out Donor Ministries Team in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and take on the role of managing a portfolio of mid-major donors for Samaritans Purse. A day in the life of a Partnership Manager:
At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.
In the role of Partnership Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
- Acquire and maintain vast organizational and program knowledge to comprehensively represent the full scope of Samaritans Purse programming worldwide
- Build and maintain a portfolio of 1,500-2,000 mid-level partners
- Create and implement a personalized engagement plan to intentionally advance each partners relationship with Samaritans Purse
- Make personal calls to express gratitude to our partners and be their dedicated point of contact for any needs, inquiries, or support they may need
- Inspire current and prospective partners with ongoing updates of what God is doing through Samaritans Purse
- Minister to partners by connecting on a spiritual level; encourage partners in their walk with the Lord and pray with and for them
- Provide oversight and management of mid-major partner segments
- Provide ongoing monitoring and analysis of mid-major partner activity within the region to ensure the assignment of partners to the most appropriate portfolio
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree with four (4) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office Suite and database proficiency
- A proven self-starter with a successful track record of developing relationships with high-capacity individuals
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire

Language Requirement: Fluency in English (required)
Travel Expectations: 5-10 days/annually; required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary

Samaritan's Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan's Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God's love through His Son, Jesus Christ. The organization serves the Church worldwide to promote the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Samaritan's Purse Statement of Faith:
- We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:15-17.
- We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19; John 10:30; Ephesians 4:4-6.

God instituted monogamous marriage between male and female as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society. What We Do
Samaritan's Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan's Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God's love through His Son, Jesus Christ.
For 40 years, Samaritan's Purse has done our utmost to follow Christ's command by going to the aid of the world's poor, sick, and suffering. We are an effective means of reaching hurting people in countries around the world with food, medicine, and other assistance in the Name of Jesus Christ. This, in turn, earns us a hearing for the Gospel, the Good News of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Our emergency relief programs provide desperately needed assistance to victims of natural disaster, war, disease, and famine. As we offer food, water, and temporary shelter, we meet critical needs and give people a chance to rebuild their lives. Our community development and vocational programs in impoverished villages and neighborhoods help people break the cycle of poverty and give them hope for a better tomorrow. We impact the lives of vulnerable children through educational, feeding, clothing, and shelter programs that let them know they are not forgotten. We provide first-class treatment in the Name of the Great Physician through our medical projects, as well as supplying mission hospitals with much needed equipment and supplies.
