NEIS, an ARMStrong Insurances Services company is seeking a Customer Support Representative as we continue to grow our team! This role supports NEIS customer service operations by analyzing information, applying policies, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze each customer inquiry to deliver accurate responses
- Maintain knowledge of NEIS policies, procedures, and customer requirements
- Document case activity and maintain clear progress notes
- Handle customer communications professionally and promptly
- Support resolution of customer concerns and questions
- Collaborate with team members and follow all security and compliance standards
- Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional, positive, and adaptable demeanor
- Ability to stay calm with stressed or upset customers
- Proficient with phones, computers, and Microsoft applications
- Familiarity with various file formats
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Coachable and quick to learn new concepts
