Bicom Systems is expanding its global Customer Operations team and is looking for a Partner Success Representative to support and grow our partner ecosystem while working US business hours. Candidates from Tuzla and Sarajevo will be preferred because of our office locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage relationships with assigned partners across their full life cycle: on-boarding, activation, growth, and retention;
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners during US business hours;
- Proactively engage partners to assess satisfaction, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities;
- Enable partners to sell more effectively by providing product knowledge, guidance, and sales support;
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through partners in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams;
- Handle partner inquiries via email and calls, resolving issues or coordinating escalations with Support when needed;
- Track partner activity, pipeline, and engagement in HubSpot;
- Process partner orders and coordinate deliveries;
- Collect and relay partner feedback to internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, Marketing);
- Support partner-focused initiatives such as campaigns, webinars, and product launches;
- Maintain accurate documentation and internal notes using Jira, Confluence, and related tools.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills;
- Customer- and partner-first mindset with commercial awareness;
- Ability to work independently during US time zones;
- Comfortable handling multiple partners and priorities;
- Confident using CRM and collaboration tools;
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with US business needs;
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
This is how you stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
- Experience in B2B SaaS, telecom, or software companies;
- 1–3 years of experience in partner success, customer success, sales, or account management;
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence;
- Understanding of various partner/channel sales models;
- Additional languages (French, Spanish, etc.).
