This role is based in either New York City (hybrid, in-office Tuesday–Thursday) or Denver, CO (remote).


AS A DIRECTOR, PARTNER SUCCESS, YOU WILL:

  • Own  strategic partnerships with key Button partners
  • Develop deep expertise in partners’ business models, KPIs, and growth strategies to drive retention and expansion
  • Lead executive business reviews that position Button as a mission-critical growth partner
  • Own and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Build and execute multi-quarter strategic account plans that mitigate risk and unlock expansion
  • Scale a high-performing upsell pipeline for marketing placements across publisher inventory
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and Legal to accelerate monetization and partner impact
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting a high bar for accountability, operational rigor, and partner experience
  • Establish best-in-class account management processes and forecasting discipline
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally, influencing roadmap decisions through market insight and actionable feedback
  • Help oversee complex technical implementations to ensure seamless execution and adoption of new products
  • Position Button as a critical growth engine within the creator and affiliate economy


WE LOOK FOR TEAMMATES WHO HAVE:

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or revenue roles within B2B, adtech, martech, or performance marketing environments
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success owning and exceeding revenue targets across enterprise accounts
  • Experience influencing executive and C-level stakeholders with credibility and strategic insight
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling executive narratives
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives 
  • A bias for action paired with operational rigor and attention to detail

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Button’s total compensation package includes a base salary competitive with what is offered by similar companies in major US markets. The salary range for this role in the United States is expected to be between $140,000 - $180,000 plus bonus (offered salary is based on a number of factors including skills and experience relative to the job description listed above). In addition, Button provides employees with a 401(k) plan and automatically contributes 3% of an employee’s salary annually. We also want our employees to be well-rested and live balanced lives–Buttonians enjoy unlimited time off (including birthdays off) and periodic Mental Health Weeks which allow the entire company to take a breath and recharge, as well as an employee assistance program. For many of the health, vision, and dental insurance plans offered by Button, the company covers 100% of the premiums for employees and 75% for dependents. Button offers all employees and their dependents complimentary memberships to One Medical as well as a monthly stipend for mobile phone/internet and an annual lifestyle stipend. Button also offers employees in select markets “All Access” memberships to WeWork as well as regular “coworking days” and social events.
