Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English, with additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian considered a strong advantage.

  • Based in NA, preferably in the Montreal area.

  • Some travel may be required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer or partner success, account management, business development or a related client-facing role in a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, including its CRM, workflows, and reporting capabilities or other similar CRM platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Saleforce)

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, and/or Power BI.

  • Skilled in utilizing product telemetry/analytic tools (Walkme, Pendo, Mixpanel) to uncover user behavior patterns and identify growth opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO and emerging strategies like GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

  • Comfortable installing scripts (e.g., Stay22 tools) and working with website CMS platforms like WordPress.

  • Ability to read or lightly edit front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) and optimize for site performance and monetization.

We’re looking for a Partner Success Associate who’s hungry to make an impact. Someone who’s as obsessed with relationships as they are with results. You’ll own a portfolio of partners who are actively shaping the future of affiliate revenue. You’ll be their go-to advisor from onboarding to optimization to expansion.

But this isn’t just a service role. It’s a growth engine. You’ll carry a quota tied to upsell and expansion opportunities, influence product strategy, and shape the playbooks for how we scale. You’ll work across Product, Sales, RevOps, Support, and Marketing and you’ll help define what great Partner Success looks like as we grow.

We're looking for someone who's analytical, resourceful, and technically confident. Whether you’re troubleshooting a monetization issue, advising on SEO best practices, or recommending performance optimizations, you bring a mix of curiosity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of SMB partners, building trusted relationships and driving meaningful revenue impact.

  • Lead onboarding and activation, ensuring every partner launches with confidence, clarity, and long-term monetization in mind.

  • Drive partner performance by using data to spot trends and recommend high-impact optimizations.

  • Carry a quota and contribute directly to revenue through strategic upsells and smart partner expansion.

  • Support partners in optimizing their websites and content for monetization performance, SEO, and engagement.

  • Guide partners in technical configurations, including script setup, WordPress implementation, etc.

  • Monitor portfolio health, proactively mitigating churn, forecasting risk, and identifying whitespace opportunities.

  • Be the product expert, recommending new features or configurations aligned to partner goals and business objectives.

  • Close the loop with Product, flagging friction, testing betas, and advocating for improvements.

  • Create scalable success by contributing to internal playbooks, help center articles, and walkthroughs.

  • Champion the partner voice, collaborating with Marketing on advocacy stories and with Product on roadmap input.
