Right now we are looking for a Partnerships and Influence Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for attracting, activating and developing partners and creator for JoomPulse within JoomPulse’s consulting partner program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and fully manage the consulting partner program strategy, value proposition, and operational effectiveness
- Scout, qualify, and activate influencers aligned with JoomPulse’s target audience
- Identify, prospect, and close new partnerships with key consulting firms to meet acquisition and revenue targets
- Build high-trust, long-term relationships with partners and influencers, acting as JoomPulse’s technical and consultative ambassador
- Develop and oversee comprehensive onboarding, training, and certification programs for all partners and creators
- Monitor the e-commerce calendar to propose and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and co-marketing initiatives
- Track key partner performance KPIs (activation, revenue, retention) and generate data-driven reports for strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 1 years of experience in partnership and influencer marketing, affiliate, or B2B channel management
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Knowledge of the e-commerce and marketplace ecosystem (preferably Mercado Livre)
Preferred
- Experience in partnerships programs management for B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with CRM, BI, and marketing automation tools
- Track record of incentive and co-marketing campaign execution
- Direct experience working with consultancies that support marketplace sellers and creators/influencers
