Attorney-Partner (PIP and Auto Liability)
Kelley Kronenberg is seeking a Partner-level Attorney with a strong background in PIP and Auto Liability litigation to support our New York office. This is a rare opportunity to lead a team, collaborate closely with senior firm leadership, and build your legacy on a platform designed to support growth, innovation, and long-term success.
We are looking for a legal leader with 5+ years of experience in PIP and Auto Liability litigation, a demonstrated history of managing cases. You will play a key role in the strategic expansion of our PIP and Auto Liability division in New York.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of complex litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance to clients on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts in a professional manner
- Stay current on relevant legal developments and maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the New York Bar
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a primary focus on PIP and Auto Liability matters
Prior leadership experience managing legal teams and handling high-stakes litigation

Skills Required
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the New York Bar
