Role Summary

We’re hiring a hands-on Partner Operations Manager to own the processes, systems, and cross-functional workflows that make our partner programs successful. You’ll be the operational spine for Partnerships — building onboarding journeys, enabling partners to sell and integrate with Muvr, managing partner systems (PRM/CRM), running partner incentives and deal registration, and ensuring we can measure and scale partner-sourced revenue. This role is a mix of program management, revenue ops, and partner enablement — ideal for someone who loves processes, data, and delivering repeatable outcomes through partners.

Key Responsibilities Partner Program Operations
  • Design, document and run partner onboarding and activation workflows (technical, commercial and GTM onboarding).
  • Manage partner lifecycle processes: onboarding → enablement → co-selling → ongoing support → offboarding.
  • Own partner deal registration, incentive rules, partner tiers, and eligibility criteria.
Systems, Data & Reporting
  • Administer partner-facing systems (Partner Relationship Management/PRM, CRM — e.g., PartnerStack, Salesforce, HubSpot integrations).
  • Build and maintain partner dashboards and operational reports (partner-sourced pipeline, deal velocity, partner activation).
  • Ensure data hygiene across partner records, deal registrations and revenue attribution.
Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market
  • Create and maintain partner enablement materials: onboarding guides, training, sales playbooks, partner-facing FAQs and technical guides.
  • Coordinate partner co-marketing and co-selling activities with Marketing and Sales (campaigns, webinars, joint collateral).
  • Train internal teams on partner processes and best practices for partner engagement.
Cross-functional Execution & Governance
  • Act as the primary operational contact between Partnerships, Sales, Finance, Legal, Product and Customer Success on partner matters.
  • Coordinate partner contract lifecycle with Legal and Finance (SOWs, commission schedules, compliance checks).
  • Define and manage SLAs for partner support and partner-to-sales handoffs.
Continuous Improvement & Scale
  • Identify friction points and drive process improvements and automation to scale partner operations.
  • Run quarterly business reviews with strategic partners; collect feedback and iterate on the program.
  • Help design partner incentive models and pilot programs to grow partner engagement and revenue.
Qualifications

Must-have

  • 3–5+ years in partner operations, channel operations, revenue operations, partnerships program management or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and partner systems (Salesforce/HubSpot + PRM such as PartnerStack, Allbound, or equivalent).
  • Strong process design skills and experience documenting/playbooking end-to-end flows.
  • Data-oriented: comfortable building dashboards, defining attribution, and using metrics to drive decisions (SQL/Looker/Excel experience beneficial).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — able to produce partner-facing content and influence cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or platform businesses with B2B partnerships.
  • Background working directly with Sales, Legal and Finance on partner contracts and incentive programs.
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, or technical onboarding processes for partners.
