About The Role:

As a Partner Operations Lead, you will manage a cross-functional team responsible for all operational aspects of our third-party partnerships. This includes overseeing quality assurance, financial operations, technical integrations, and process optimization. You will report to the Head of Commercial Operations and be instrumental in ensuring stable system connectivity, smooth invoicing and payments, clear compliance and quality standards, and scalable partner interactions. Your success will be measured by operational KPIs, partner performance, and efficiency gains through optimization. This role acts as a crucial operational bridge between internal teams (Finance, Tech, Category Management, Onboarding, Partnerships) and external suppliers.
 

Your core KPIs: 

  • Operational KPIs (accuracy, speed, compliance)

  • Partner performance (SLA adherence, quality, CxM score)

  • Hours saved through optimization
     

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

  • Lead and grow a cross-functional team (integrations, finance ops, process optimization, quality)

  • Own partner operations across invoicing, refunds, data exchange, and system connectivity

  • Define and enforce partner quality standards and SLAs

  • Oversee financial operations with partners, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments

  • Partner with Tech to support integrations and API uptime

  • Build scalable processes, tools, and automations to reduce manual effort

  • Report on partner KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience leading ops teams (relevant background in operations, finance ops, partner management / support, technical account management) 

  • Cross-functional leadership: proven ability to manage individuals across multiple areas

  • Operational excellence mindset: track record of building processes, setting KPIs, and driving measurable improvements

  • Financial acumen: understands invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance basics (able to partner effectively with Finance)

  • Quality & compliance exposure: experience managing SLAs, audits, or standardized processes

  • System thinking & structured problem-solving: ability to take messy workflows, map them, and drive efficiency

  • Communication skills: clear, concise, decisive — able to set expectations with both partners and executives 

  • You know how to translate between tech, finance, and commercial stakeholders
