As a Partner Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for data entry, partner onboarding, and ensuring the accuracy of partner integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Execute processes to onboard new brands and partners.
- Ensure partner integrations are accurate and functioning correctly.
- Troubleshoot issues with existing brands through our live chat functionality.
- Clean and organize data in spreadsheets.
- Analyze data using advanced Excel functions to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and the ability to create complex IF statements.
- Experience with Shopify, particularly in managing products and sales channels.
- Ability to quickly learn new software tools and adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience in data entry, cleaning, and organizing large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrations.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and data flow between systems.
- Previous experience in partner or brand onboarding processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
- Coding (software development) experience.
