Independently undertake/Take the lead in/Lead the team to perform tasks for partner operations (partnership management, partner capability development, digital operations, etc.), take the lead in solution verification and execution, identify risks and issues in the process, drive improvement, and be able to resolve difficult issues.
1. Independently undertake/Take the lead in subject-matter support, MPR process operations, key task progress management, or small project management for partnership objective management, partner marketing material development, partner policy document editing, and partner process development and operations.
2. Independently undertake/Take the lead in task support, process and policy operations, or project operation management for business activities or processes, such as project management for the development of partner capability development courses, delivery of enablement projects like elite partner training camps, learning-section courseware development, and platform construction and operations.
3. Independently undertake or take the lead in project management and project analysis for requirement management, product operations, user operations, and data operations for e+ digital products, and participate in business activities such as product launches and product GTM.
Additional responsibilities required:
1. Take the lead in/Lead the team to support the end-to-end business process for partner operations (partnership management, partner capability development, digital operations, etc.), including preparing management processes, and designing, verifying, and implementing solutions for the supported tasks, identifying risks and issues in the process, and driving improvement. Be able to resolve difficult issues.
2. Support the adapted partner policies, processes, and business operation solutions of the relevant domain/rep office. Be skilled in using digital tools to support partner operations for the relevant domain in the corresponding region, and ensure standardized partner operations.
Requirements
- Have general knowledge of partner development and partnership management, and have experience working in partner development and operations.
- Be skilled in using common office software such as Office, be sensitive to data, and be able to systematically analyze data and gain insights from them.
- Be good at logical thinking, and have good partner operation and enablement skills and an IT development mindset.
- Have good task tracking and closure capabilities, communication skills, team spirit, and strong execution.
- Be earnest and reliable at work, be service-minded, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
