Partner Marketing Manager

We're looking for a hands-on marketing operations professional with 2+ years building programs in HubSpot, strong English communication skills, and an engineer's habit of fixing what breaks and measuring what works. You'll build and run the systems behind our partner program, including HubSpot workflows and email sequences, partner tiers and health scores, deal registration, and partner content. You'll make sure every partner registration reaches business development within one working day, and you'll use AI tools to build, automate and improve as you go.

As an independent software vendor, we sell directly and through a global network of channel partners who sell, deploy, and service VIDIZMO for their own clients. Partners are central to how we grow, and this role builds the systems that keep that network running smoothly. VIDIZMO is an NVIDIA Inception partner, a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Customers can buy through GSA, Carahsoft, and state and cooperative contract vehicles.

AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of how we work, and we expect you to use them well. Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result.

What You'll Do

• Build and run the partner program in HubSpot, including workflows, email sequences, partner tiers and health scores.
• Own the deal registration form and the partner dashboard and keep both accurate and working.
• Make sure every partner deal registration reaches business development within one working day.
• Publish partner content, including partner emails, enablement materials and the partner pages on our website.
• Connect tools and automate routine partner workflows so less work is done by hand.
• Track how the partner program is performing, report on what works, and improve what doesn't.
• Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for research, writing, analysis and automation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 2+ years in marketing operations, partner marketing or a similar role for a software company.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, sequences, forms, lists and reporting.
• Experience publishing website and email content.
• Experience automating your own routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Tell us about something you automated.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript to connect tools and automate workflows is a plus.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace (required for remote applicants).
• Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

How You're Paid
You are paid a monthly salary and commission. Commission comes from 7.5% of what VIDIZMO receives on each deal, shared by everyone who worked on it. On a partner deal the partner keeps its margin first. Commission is paid the month after the customer pays, and there is no cap. Small payments come early for steps done properly, before a deal closes.

• Pay mix at target: 85% salary and 15% commission.
• Your share of each deal: 2.5% of the commission on every deal that comes through a partner.
