The role: Partnerships Manager
📍Location: EMEA (remote)
As our next Partnerships Manager, you’ll go beyond in developing, managing, and growing Mitto’s strategic SaaS partnerships across the EMEA region by driving joint go-to-market success, expanding pipeline opportunities, and strengthening long-term ecosystem relationships. How you’ll go beyond: 📈
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic SaaS partners across EMEA
- Develop and execute partner business plans aligned with Mitto’s growth objectives
- Build strong relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and key stakeholders
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline to generate new revenue opportunities
- Identify opportunities for Mitto’s customer engagement solutions within partner ecosystems
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to accelerate deal progression
- Deliver partner enablement sessions and ensure strong understanding of Mitto’s products and value proposition
- Execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including campaigns, webinars, events, and account mapping activities
- Support partner-led customer presentations, workshops, and executive meetings
- Expand adoption of Mitto’s integrations and grow Mitto’s presence within enterprise B2C accounts across EMEA
What you bring to the table: 🤓
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Channel Sales
- Experience working within CPaaS, Customer Engagement, CRM, Marketing Automation, SaaS, or MarTech ecosystems
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow strategic technology partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of generating pipeline and revenue through partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory and additional European languages are considered a plus
- Willingness to travel across EMEA for partner meetings, customer engagements, industry events, and conferences

Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Channel Sales
- Experience working within CPaaS, Customer Engagement, CRM, Marketing Automation, SaaS, or MarTech ecosystems
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2C customer engagement strategies and communication channels
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow strategic technology partnerships
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of generating pipeline and revenue through partnerships
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Additional European languages
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of CRM and partnership management tools
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fully remote environment
- Willingness to travel across EMEA for partner meetings, customer engagements, industry events, and conferences
