About the role: As a Partner Manager, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving professionals helping our partners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests.
What you will be doing:
- Drive revenue growth through referral sales from the partner community.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, including strategic regional firms.
- Generate new contacts within existing partner organizations and establish new referral partner relationships.
- Achieve and exceed referral targets, measured by sales accepted leads
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of meetings with different partners over a defined period.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in partner sales or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
