As a Partner Manager of Brand Partnerships Esports World Cup, you will be a part of our growing commercial partnerships team, responsible for managing digital and onsite sponsorship campaigns and working with key clients. The Partner Manager Brand Partnerships is responsible for building lasting relationships and working across multiple teams internally and externally ensuring best-in-class delivery of our partners’ rights and marketing campaigns for the Esports World Cup. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with an attention to detail, an ability to juggle multiple priorities, an inclination to dive deep into the details, and a passion for creativity. They must be able to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely, both written and verbally, and think outside their direct sphere of responsibility. You will report to the Senior Director Partner Management, based in Europe.

 You will interact with the core team in KSA and Germany (GMT + 2) Time zone. 

What you’ll do:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships, working effectively with sponsorship partners to ‘know their business’ and provide the ‘first point of contact’
  • Establishing key success criteria for each partnership and understanding the partners’ businesses, as well as their marketing and sponsorship objectives
  • Project managing sponsorship implementation, with an objective-led approach to partnership management and constantly seeking to maximize partners’ ROI/ROO
  • Overseeing and executing the fulfillment of the rights, ensuring that contractual obligations are delivered, monitored, and measured through implementing in-broadcast, onsite activations, and online partnership deliverables
  • Generating comprehensive recap reports for our partners, putting the insights into context, and suggesting ideas around how to enhance the performance/impact further 
  • Reviewing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and ways to increase efficiencies and effectiveness

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with brand partners
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate complex situations with empathy
  • A willingness to learn the ins and outs of the esports and gaming industry, including staying up to date on the latest trends
  • Advanced project management skills and a distinctive hands-on mentality 
  • Fluent in Arabic and demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written
