The Opportunity

The Partner Growth Manager plays a major role in the growth and expansion of our strategic channel partnerships. This individual is an elite relationship builder that develops in-depth understanding of the partner organizations and translates that into business success for the partner and XP Health. 

Key Responsibilities

  • A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Drives activation and expansion of partnerships that lead to revenue growth with partner book of business
  • Demonstrates exceptional executive presence, capable of confidently engaging and building rapport with C-suite executives, fostering trust and collaboration. 
  • Possesses a deep understanding of partner business models, strategic objectives, and operational processes, ensuring effective planning and execution of joint initiatives
  • Proactively manages contract renewals, identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Trains & equips partner sales teams to effectively communicate the value of XP Health
  • Ability to co-sell with partners from initial opportunity through and including finalist presentations
  • Conducts regular business reviews with partners to ensure utilization and value of XP Health products and services
  • Communicates the value of the XP Health solution at both the business and technical level at all levels within the partner organization
  • Tracks activity, pipeline and revenue forecasts in Salesforce
  • Performs as the quarterback between the partner and internal cross-functional stakeholders
  • Conducts market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for partnership development
  • Monitors and analyzes the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments
  • Attends trade shows and conferences with the skills to  present XP Health
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in sales / channel partner management
  • Proven track record of achievement against sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the employee benefits industry and distribution channels
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Persuasive presenter with small and large audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
