About the teamThe Alliances and Channels (A&C) team builds and scales the partner ecosystem that powers Stripe's growth. We work with SaaS platforms, technology partners, and services partners to drive merchant acquisition and expand Stripe's reach across markets. In LATAM, partners are a the primary growth engine — and this role sits at the center of that motion.
What you’ll doThis role sits at the intersection of partner development and channel sales. You'll own the full lifecycle of SaaS platform partnerships across LATAM — recruiting and developing vertical platforms that embed Stripe into their products, then activating and growing those relationships into meaningful contributors to regional revenue.
Working closely with Stripe Account Executives, you'll drive joint go-to-market motions, identify high-value opportunities within your partner portfolio, and own the co-sell pipeline from sourcing through to close. Expect a mix of partner engagement (enablement, solution development, business reviews), sales engagement (opportunity qualification and pipeline progression), and direct user engagement (prospecting, activation).This role requires a high level of dynamism and the ability to adapt to evolving business strategies and changing conditions. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable working in ambiguity and who can quickly adjust to new priorities, changes, and strategic shifts as the business evolves.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and develop a portfolio of SaaS platform partners and community services partners across LATAM, with a primary focus on Mexico and support for Brazilian partners.
- Own the full partner lifecycle — from first contact through onboarding, enablement, activation, and long-term growth
- Drive joint go-to-market and co-selling initiatives with your partner portfolio; own forecasting across Partner Sourced Opportunities, Co-Sell, and Product Live metrics
- Work directly alongside Stripe AEs on co-sell opportunities, supporting the full deal cycle from pipeline sourcing through to close
- Enable Stripe and partner sales teams on the joint value proposition; lead partner business reviews, account mapping workshops, and enablement sessions
- Serve as an advocate for partners within Stripe and represent Stripe within partner organizations
- Support LATAM's Retail, Insurance, Travel and Hospitality strategy through active engagement with relevant services, platform, and technology partners

Minimum requirements- 8+ years in partner management, channel sales, or a combination of both at a technology company, with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling SaaS platform partnerships in Mexico
- Experience working with vertical SaaS platforms and Technology companies in Financial services, Travel and Hospitality, Retail, or adjacent industries
- Experience working in multi-party sales cycles, including co-sell and channel motions
- Familiarity with the payments, commerce, or fintech landscape
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage partner and customer leadership internally and externally
- Familiarity with the Brazilian market, alongside strong written and verbal proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Experience with ISVs or platform ecosystems such as Oracle, Salesforce, or SAP
- Demonstrated comfort with AI tools in day-to-day work
