Galaxsys is looking for a dynamic and high-performing Partner Development  Manager to join our awesome team. Your role as a Partner Manager is multifaceted and dynamic, requiring a combination of strategic thinking, market analysis, relationship building, and revenue generation to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential business opportunities in the iGaming industry
• Researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and expansion
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry

• Negotiating and collaborating to form strategic partnerships that can enhance the company's offerings and reach
• Formulating effective business strategies, identifying gaps in the market, and tailoring products or services to meet partner demands
• Creating and implementing business development strategies

• Setting sales targets and revenue goals for the organization working closely with the sales team to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, finance, and legal, etc.) to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives

• Monitoring industry regulations and compliance
• Representing the company in industry events and conferences

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of proven experience in account management, customer service, or business development related fields
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both in English and Russian languasges
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in igaming industry will be considered as a big plus
