Bruce Studios is on a mission to redefine how people train, recover, and feel good – every day.
With thousands of members and over 1,000 partner studios across the Nordics, we offer the most flexible way to stay active and well. And we're just getting started.
We're now looking for a Partner Coordinator to join our Partner Operations team in Oslo.
Your mission
As a Partner Coordinator, you'll provide operational and administrative support to our Partner Managers, helping partner collaborations and events run smoothly from planning through execution. You'll work both behind the scenes and on-site, helping identify new potential partners, coordinating event logistics, and capturing content that brings our partner network to life.
This is a part-time role (approximately 10–15 hours per week), designed for a student who wants hands-on experience in partnerships, events, and brand activation within the fitness and wellness industry. Every well-organized event, every new partner lead, and every piece of content you capture helps us curate training and recovery that fits everyday life.
What you'll do
Identify and reach out to potential new partner studios on behalf of our Partner Managers, and help keep partner relationships strong by handling requests and follow-ups promptly.
Plan and prepare partner events and activations – coordinating logistics like merchandise, materials, and QR codes, and providing on-site support before and during activations.
Photograph and film partner events and activations for marketing and internal use, working closely with the Growth team to capture the energy of our partner network.
Manage partner and event administration, keeping records accurate, structured, and easy to find for the wider team.
What we want you to bring
As a person, you're structured and reliable, and you like getting things done. You're comfortable working hands-on and can easily switch between independent work and collaboration. You're social and service-minded, with a positive and proactive mindset, and you're always ready to take initiative where needed.
You're currently studying – for example economics, marketing, communications, media, sports management, or a related field – with at least 1.5 years left of your studies.
You have experience in sales and/or service-oriented roles and are comfortable working with partners and customers.
You're organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to administrative tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
You enjoy building and maintaining long-term relationships.
You have basic knowledge of content creation (photo/video) and enjoy working on-site at events.
You speak and write fluent Norwegian and are comfortable working in English.
You have an interest in fitness, wellness, or events (a plus).
You're flexible and available for on-site work, including evenings and weekends.
You're based in Oslo and comfortable working independently within established guidelines.
