- Are currently in high school (16+) or college, or have a high school diploma
Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
A Schedule That Fits Around SchoolThis role is designed to work around your school schedule.
Typical shifts include:
- Tuesday & Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday & Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
We're looking for tutors who can work 2–4 shifts per week, with Saturday availability strongly preferred.
It's a great opportunity to earn money while balancing classes, sports, clubs, and other extracurricular activities.

- Lead a team, oversee center operations, and help shape the learning experience for students and staff.
Skills Required
- Strong math proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Higher education or background in education
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Patience and empathy when working with students
- Ability to personalize instruction based on individual student needs and learning styles
- Strong organizational skills to track student performance and manage multiple learning plans
- Genuine passion for education and commitment to student success
- Reliable and professional with a strong sense of responsibility
- Availability to work 2-4 hours per day, three times per week (weekend availability preferred)
- Ability to work on-site at Think Zone Learning Center in Millbrae, CA from June 02, 2026 to December 31, 2026
