Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Seattle, WA

Compensation: $18-$25/hour

Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week (Tuesday-Thursday 10 am -2 pm PST)

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Bellevue office. This role will involve collaboration with the admin and facilities team to maintain an organized and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with administration and facilities teams to support daily operations.

  • Assist with office organization, cleanliness, and functionality.

  • Identify and address operational needs within the office.

  • Manage facility requests and ensure timely resolutions.

  • Oversee office supplies inventory and maintenance requests.

  • Help plan and execute employee engagement events.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant administrative experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office equipment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable, with a proactive approach to tasks.

Salary Range

$18.27 - $23.08

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
