The teamYou’ll be joining a close‑knit team of 10 paraplanners, led by our Regional Manager, Gemma. The team has a great mix of ages and experience levels.

The roleThis role can be shaped around your experience and career goals. We’d love to hear from:
- Experienced Paraplanners
- Part‑qualified or trainee Paraplanners
- (IO) Intelligent office exposure would be advantageous for us.
You’ll support Advisers by producing accurate, high‑quality paraplanning and documentation, while continuing to develop technically. For those aspiring to move into an advising role in the future, there is scope to build the right foundations and gain valuable exposure over time.
Responsibilities
- Draft clear, accurate, and compliant suitability reports in line with Financial Planner guidance, FCA rules, and internal standards.
- Analyse client objectives, financial data, and existing arrangements to support appropriate advice recommendations.
- Research solutions across products, funds, and providers, including cashflow modelling and plan comparisons.
- Obtain illustrations, quotations, and supporting documentation from providers.
- Work closely with Financial Planners and internal teams to clarify cases, agree assumptions, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Ensure all work meets compliance, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), and data protection requirements.
- Maintain accurate case records within Intelligent Office (IO) and escalate risks or issues where appropriate.
- Take ownership of workloads, managing cases efficiently to meet agreed deadlines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, processes, and ways of working to enhance quality and efficiency.
About You
- Part or Diploma Qualified
- Positive, approachable, and easy to work with

- Interested in building a long‑term career in paraplanning
- Experienced in a paraplanning or financial planning environment (preferred, but not essential depending on level)
