You will support a variety of legal operations activities, including legal project management, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement administration, maintenance of legal databases, board-level administration, and management of legal entities. The role will require strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive and confidential information. • Perform legal research, analysis, and other duties as requested.
  • Facilitate the review of invoices for accuracy and payment and assist with legal department billing needs.
  • Prepare filings for posting to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or other applicable regulatory website.
  • Facilitate communications and meetings with key stakeholders on projects, including senior leadership across Invesco globally.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Minimum 5 years paralegal/document specialist experience with a preference for agreement production and legal operations experience.
  • College degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Diligent Entities, Diligent Board and SEC filing experience highly preferred.
