ABOUT THE ROLE
The Paralegal plays a vital role in supporting internal legal operations and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting comprehensive legal operations.

HOW YOU’LL BE REWARDED
At Tax Rise, Inc., we believe in rewarding hard work and dedication! We offer our team members competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus based on individual productivity, with even greater earning potential for those who are highly motivated, organized, and love exceeding goals.
- Base pay: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Track and organize key legal deadlines and requirements
- Provide support with contracts, agreements, and general corporate legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or memoranda to support internal and external legal matters
- Maintain organized and confidential legal files in accordance with company standards
- Provide support for high-level projects, legal initiatives, and coordination with external counsel
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information or assist with company-wide legal needs
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2+ years of paralegal experience.
- Experience working with senior leadership or C-level executives preferred
- Strong legal writing skills and proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive executive-level matters
- Willingness to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment
