As a Paralegal supporting our specialist Strata and Property Legal Services Team, you will provide top-tier legal administrative support for our New South Wales-based legal practice, with a focus on property law, by-law drafting, and litigation preparation. You will work closely with solicitors in managing legal documentation, maintaining case files, and supporting end-to-end matter management.
Assist in strata and property matters, particularly with by-law drafting and related documentation
Prepare, review, and manage legal documents including cost agreements and disclosures
Provide administrative support to legal professionals within the strata and property team
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of legal forms, correspondence, and filings
Coordinate with stakeholders to collect relevant case information and updates
Manage and organize digital and physical legal files in compliance with internal systems
Maintain high standards of legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support the litigation process including document bundling, court filing, and case tracking
Proactively identify process improvements within the legal administration workflow
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably in property or strata law
Strong knowledge of legal processes and terminology in property and litigation
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple matters concurrently
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong problem-solving and autonomous decision-making capabilities
Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to assisting others
Experience with LexisNexis Affinity is a strong advantage
Timely and accurate legal documentation with minimal revisions
Positive feedback from solicitors and legal clients
High-quality support in legal case preparation and document control
Proactive management of team and matter priorities
Confidentiality and compliance with legal and company standards
