Are you looking to start or develop your career within property law and conveyancing? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Paralegal to join our Property Legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an in-house legal team, working alongside experienced legal professionals and developing your knowledge of property and conveyancing matters.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Legal team with day-to-day legal administration
- Assisting with the review of title documents
- Preparing and submitting electronic discharge documents
- Supporting the progression of cases
- Assisting with the management of third-party conveyancers
- Building your knowledge of conveyancing and property law
What We're Looking For
- An interest in property law and conveyancing
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous administration or legal administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential
