Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with US legal experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in US legal procedures, documentation, and case management. This role requires excellent research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, document drafting, and evidence retention.
- Conduct case law research and summarize findings.
- Manage case files, client correspondence, and deadlines.
- Support attorneys in trial preparation, hearings, and depositions.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Certification from an accredited paralegal program (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a US law firm or legal department.
- Strong understanding of US legal procedures, court systems, and documentation.
- Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) (preferred)
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
