Requirements
- Paralegal Degree/Certification required
- 3+ years of experience
- Must have a strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and commercial leases, and will be responsible for preparing deeds, transfer declarations, bills of sale, corporate resolutions, and entity organizational documents, as well as preparing and reviewing leases, titles, surveys and other transaction documents.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with high level executives and outside agencies.
- Strong technical abilities including MS Word and Excel are required.
