Job Title: Palantir Tech Lead

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team in San Francisco, focusing on driving technical excellence and delivering impactful solutions with Palantir's cutting-edge platforms, including Foundry and Gotham.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Solution Design: Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging Palantir’s software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Integration Expertise: Lead the integration of Palantir’s platforms with enterprise systems and third-party tools.
- Project Execution: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Technical Strategy: Drive strategic initiatives to optimize system performance, scalability, and user adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Palantir Foundry and/or Gotham platforms.
- Expertise in data integration, pipeline creation, and analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of system architecture and enterprise integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with large-scale data analytics projects.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
- Experience with client-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
