The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic marketing professional to join our Paid Social Team in our vibrant London office!

You will be responsible for driving growth for QIH across all different casino and sports betting aggregator brands. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers via online marketing campaigns, with duties ranging from campaign setup, optimisation and post campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat.

  • Account management duties – Manage campaign budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure that campaigns are meeting performance goals.

  • Create compelling ad copy and targeting strategies to reach the desired audience.

  • Managing success and profitability of campaigns against predefined targets e.g. ROAS.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make recommendations for optimization and improvements.

  • Completion of periodical tasks and bespoke projects set by the head of the department/team leader.

  • Producing regular reports and analysis of campaign performance using Excel and PowerPoint, deriving conclusions and trends from large data sets.

  • Building strong relationships with Account Managers to ensure an advantage over the competition, such as rebates, scale, market conditions and competitor moves.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social media trends and best practices, and implement these in campaigns.

  • Developing your knowledge on competitor and market conditions through regular research.

  • Building and maintaining internal relationships with key stakeholders.

About You:

  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to provide administration support.

  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • An understanding in the casino and sports betting industry and willingness to learn more about it.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but is not a must.

  • Nice to have: Experience in digital marketing and in managing Web Conversion campaigns.
