This position sits in our Creative & Media service based in Copenhagen. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots.

Job purpose

We are growing our Paid Social team, which currently consists of six talented specialists. Hence, we are looking for a Paid Social Specialist with expertise and interest in a numbers-first approach and data based decision making to join the team.

You will build and execute paid social strategies and tactics for new product launches, exciting branding campaigns, and on-going e-commerce initiatives. You will also be instrumental in all of our post-campaign activity – reporting, optimizing and making sure we stay ahead of the game and deliver the highest quality of work.

You will have the opportunity to work on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn or whichever social channel is the next big impact driver for our clients, as well as being the overall responsible for optimizing on performance and investment to ensure we always drive the highest impact possible.


Key responsibilities

  • Plan, buy and optimize paid social activities;
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients, including stakeholder management and direct communication;
  • Oversee reporting and identify new opportunities off the back of results;
  • Recommend and help set up measurement solutions for clients; 
  • Deliver and present work with data-driven insights and analytics;
  • Ensure delivery of work is to the highest possible standard;
  • Help assess technology solutions, processes and data tools to improve our capabilities.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with paid social;
  • Hands-on experience executing paid social campaigns across social media platforms. Experience with organic social media is a plus, but not a requirement;
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize your tasks effectively;
  • A high affinity towards working with numbers and data-driven decision making;
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience with tools like Looker Studio and Smartly is a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and you are comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders at different organizational levels;
  • Understanding the need for details and thriving in delivering top tier quality of work, is second nature to you.
