You will have the opportunity to go deep with a few of our cherished clients alongside our team of experts, developing and executing paid media (predominately Google Ads & Microsoft search) campaigns that drive demonstrable results. Specifically, you will be responsible for building and managing campaigns, analyzing data, and testing / optimizing towards maximizing ROI. Our paid search managers leverage digital marketing techniques to quickly and ethically create results for WebMechanix & its clients. Your legendary customer service will propel your clients to growth and expansion.
Specific responsibilities include developing client strategy, developing and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, creating client-ready reports and presentations, and ensuring a high level of performance.
We are particularly focused on finding a passionate Google Ads/PPC Advertising specialist with at least 3+ years of experience managing paid search platforms.
Here's what you'll do:
- Largely working in the Google Ads platform, building and optimizing lead gen-focused campaigns, and reporting on results, optimizations, and opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Develop and monitor testing plans to improve campaign performance, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and landing page optimization.
- Create and present easily digestible reports for stakeholders that provide analysis of key metrics and improvement recommendations.
- Research the client’s industry, business, and keywords to understand their space and suggest tactics and strategies to drive performance.
- Communicate with team members and clients through meetings, email, slack, and other communication tools to ensure alignment and efficiency in completing work
- Write strong copy for ads, landing pages, etc... to engage the client’s audience and drive results.
- Write briefs to engage the Creative or Development departments on specific deliverables.
- Keep project management tools (Asana) updated to ensure your work is getting completed on time.
- Work within each client’s assigned scope as well as consider and suggest out-of-scope disciplines & strategies that will aid in achieving success for each given client.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- General knowledge of our core Digital Marketing service offerings such as:
- Online advertising - buying/bidding on inventory, creating compelling ads and analyzing performance in-platform. Particularly with Google.
- 3+ years managing Google search accounts with a $25-$100k monthly budget.
- Experience working on Google Ads lead gen campaigns (B2B experience a plus).
- In-depth understanding of Google Ads, including account structure, networks, ad types, match types, targeting, and bid strategies.
- Robust analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to share your paid search knowledge both with clients and the internal team.
- In-depth understanding of all PPC metrics and how to improve key metrics.
- The ability to create internal and external reports that effectively communicate complex data.
- 4 years of college coursework or equivalent experience in a related field.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $105,000.
