WE ARE HIRING:
Paid Media SpecialistRequerimientos
- 2–4 años de experiencia en campañas PPC
- Experiencia en agencia (deseable)
- Conocimiento en paid media (Google Ads y Meta Ads mínimo)
- Manejo de métricas de performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Conocimiento en tracking y conversiones
- Entendimiento de funnels de conversión
- Pensamiento analítico
- Orientación a resultados

- Toma de decisiones basada en data
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de paid media alineadas a los objetivos del cliente (leads, conversiones, awareness).
- Configurar y gestionar campañas en plataformas como:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
- TikTok Ads (según la cuenta)
- Definir segmentación de audiencias, keywords y estructuras de campaña.
- Administrar y optimizar presupuestos para maximizar resultados (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
- Monitorear el desempeño de campañas de forma diaria/semanal.
- Realizar optimizaciones continuas en:
- Copies
- Creatividades
- Segmentación
- Pujas
- Analizar métricas clave como:
- CTR
- CPC
- CPA
- ROAS
- Conversion rate
- Generar reportes de resultados con insights y recomendaciones accionables.
- Presentar resultados y estrategias a clientes.
- Coordinar con equipos internos:
- Content (copies y mensajes)
- Diseño (creativos)
- Cuentas (seguimiento con cliente)
- Implementar y validar tracking de conversiones (Google Tag Manager, píxeles, GA4).
- Realizar pruebas A/B para optimizar campañas y creativos.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y escalabilidad en campañas.
- Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias, herramientas y cambios en plataformas de paid media.
