We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to work in Madrid!
Sector Alarm is a fast-growing international company, and one of Europe’s leading safety providers with more than 3.000 employees and 680.000 customers. To support our continuous growth and expansion, we need to strengthen our team with a Paid Media Specialist. This role is based in Madrid and reports to the Head of Media Buying. We work in a hybrid setup—three days at the office and two from home.
This person will work as an account executive in our in-house media buying team, activating, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns in Ireland as priority market, but also supporting on Italy, Finland, and Portugal. The main goal would be to generate the target volume of quality sales leads, while continuously optimizing the ROI on media spend. Are you up for the challenge?
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and evaluating performance for the paid activities, including campaign launches and optimizations across Search, Display and Social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Demand Gen, Pmax, Microsoft ads).
- Contributing to strategic planning, AB testing, and budgeting processes for paid channels.
- Managing communication with local markets and present performance updates in weekly calls with the support of the Account Manager.
- Implementing tracking mechanisms, such as UTM tagging, to monitor campaign performance throughout the sales funnel.
- Analyzing campaign performance against KPIs, identify potential deviations and propose alternatives to reach targets.
The ideal candidate has:
- 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC and Paid Social, ideally in a media agency or in-house media environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Degree in a related area.
Additionally, it will give you an advantage if you have:
- Experience in lead generation and lead generation format (lead gen form).
