In this role you will assist the senior team in creating and building out highly effective digital campaigns to help drive toward great outcomes for our clients. You’ll help our healthcare clients find success in engaging their community while staying on-target to achieve defined KPIs and objectives. 

You will also assist in providing campaign insights and recommendations weekly and monthly through campaign data and reporting. 

We are looking for a passionate digital marketer with 2-3 years of experience in campaign development, deployment and results in a dynamic agency environment. Must be a team player who is self-motivated and is looking for an opportunity to progress their digital marketing skills. 

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of proven experience writing ads, building, launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on multi-channel paid media campaigns 
  • Experience running media including: Google Ads (paid search, display, YouTube, etc.), Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, native ads, Spotify/Pandora ads, TikTok ads, OTT
  • Experience in reporting to showcase campaign data effectively to clients
  • Experience in setting up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics
  • Experience in recommending and implementing adjustments to campaign components to enhance results (example A/B testing)
  • Experience with conversion landing page tools
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus

This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States while accommodating Eastern time company office hours.
