We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our team and take on important responsibilities to help Bitwise scale. You will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and will play a key role in the planning and execution of Bitwise’s paid media activations. There will be a lot to learn, a huge impact to be had, and some lifelong relationships to be built along the way.
What You Will Do:
- Support the planning, creation, execution, management, and optimization of all Bitwise’s advertising campaigns.
- Identify insights and hypotheses, and be a thought partner on strategy, tactics and the overall advertising plan.
- Assist with managing the Media Agency and Creative Agency.
- Support all creative processes, including assisting in creation of assets and handing-off in-spec assets to Media Agency/ Publishers.
- Assist in evaluating new advertising and test and learn opportunities, writing POVs.
- Support reporting and analytics, focusing on identifying key insights/ takeaways and optimization recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Support finance and billing management across agencies and publishers.
- Be a team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you can.
Who You Are:
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- You have 1.5-2+ years of media planning and buying experience at either a media agency or in-house. Financial Services or Crypto experience is a plus.
- You have knowledge of 360 cross-functional media inclusive of Digital media (including Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Content, Display), Print and TV/OTT, OOH, Audio.
- You understand the creative process and how to get creative assets live, including trafficking, specs, and creation of assets across channels.
- You are adept in key tools including Google Analytics, DoubleClick/DFA, Excel, PPT, etc.
- You have strong written and verbal/presentation skills.
- You have exceptional time management, organizational, and self-motivation abilities. Your work ethic is a source of pride. You know how to prioritize tasks and to deliver projects on time.
