Who Are We?

At Tiendamia, we’re more than just an online store. We’re the epicenter of e-commerce, where creativity and technology converge to provide unique shopping experiences to our customers in Latin America. We’re bold, innovative, and constantly evolving. If you’re ready to join a team that pushes boundaries, your next adventure begins here!

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Paid Media Analyst to join our Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, building robust reporting infrastructure, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our digital marketing data. You'll be instrumental in optimizing our acquisition strategies by providing deep analytical support, focusing on the entire data lifecycle from collection to visualization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, a meticulous approach to data quality, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth. This role is perfect for someone with a background in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related quantitative fields.

Your Challenges

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) to monitor the performance of our acquisition channels and campaigns.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and anomalies in acquisition performance, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the Paid Media team to define key metrics, establish proper tracking, and provide data-driven insights that inform campaign adjustments and budget allocation.
  • Conduct data quality audits and troubleshoot tracking issues to ensure the reliability and accuracy of all reported data.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing methodologies for various acquisition strategies, meticulously analyzing results and providing recommendations for scaling successful experiments.
  • Automate reporting processes where feasible to improve efficiency and provide real-time access to critical performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics, tracking technologies (GA4, GTM), and data visualization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Up to 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or internships in business intelligence or digital marketing environments (e-commerce experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), with an interest in deepening expertise in setup, configuration, and analysis.
  • Exposure to Google Tag Manager (GTM) or willingness to learn how to implement and manage tracking tags.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio (preferred) or interest in learning tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Good command of Excel or Google Sheets for basic data manipulation, charts, and formulas.
  • Foundational understanding of SQL or willingness to develop querying skills for databases. (desirable)
  • Curious and analytical mindset, with a desire to grow in working with large datasets and generating actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eagerness to learn how to present findings to various audiences.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a willingness to work collaboratively and continuously improve.

We foster an inclusive environment where every voice is heard, and where each team member has the opportunity to grow and thrive.

We look forward to hearing from you!
