Your Role
We are looking for a paid media analyst to help scale O Positiv social media marketing channels. This is an entry level role and perfect for recent graduates interested in growth marketing. This individual will learn how to drive traffic, customer growth, and revenue while achieving CAC and scale targets. The role will work with leadership to craft media spend strategy and design tests to validate or disprove different strategies. The day-to-day will include optimizing campaign performance, coordinating new campaigns & creatives, and allocating budgets.
We are looking for someone who is hyper-analytical and data-obsessed with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate can manage and own the performance of social media paid acquisition channels, is able to work with multiple stakeholders, and can ensure all projects are executed within deadlines. The ideal candidate wants to work in a fast-paced environment and startup culture and is excited to set and meet aggressive goals.
The Paid Media Analyst reports to the Sr. Media Manager and will work cross-functionally within the organization to further expand marketing efforts and develop our product and brand.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build new campaigns and optimize existing campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other paid channels
- Test campaign structure, creative, and data-driven campaign strategies to continuously improve and refine performance
- Create and manage project calendar based on department objectives and goals
- Communicate accurate and timely daily results to leadership
- Identify trends and insights to track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues including feed management and data tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance
- Remain up to date on industry best practices and new developments
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- Entry-level - no experience required (prior marketing internship experience is a plus)
- Data-driven with excel and other analytical skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Interpersonal:
- Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, and teach by example
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies
- Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn
- Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented
- Excitement for startups and building from the ground up
- Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Passion for e-commerce, consumer retail and/or digital marketing is a plus
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $70,000 - $100,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
