About the role:

Your mission: accelerate Saltz's growth by scaling our digital marketing channels.

In this role, you will build a predictable engine for growth. You will establish performance marketing end to end, as a central part of our strategy, driving efficient customer acquisition to support our expansion into new markets.

What you will be doing:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (primary focus) and Google Ads, with a focus on lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

  • Take full ownership of the paid acquisition funnel, from creative conceptualization and channel selection to ongoing optimization and reporting

  • Dive deep into marketing analytics (Google Analytics, GTM) and business unit economics to inform campaign decisions and identify growth opportunities

  • Navigate a dynamic environment, managing hyper-localized campaigns and making daily adjustments to maximize impact with initially efficient budgets

What you need:

  • 3+ years of direct experience running successful paid acquisition campaigns in global markets.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with significant weight on Meta Ads.

  • Mandatory B2B marketing experience

  • Exceptional marketing analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and other data analysis tools

  • Experience increasing spend: experience in taking small budgets and scaling them up significantly while keeping performance high

  • A hands-on approach and a proactive mindset, comfortable with end-to-end campaign management

Salary range: EUR 40.000,00 - 54.000,00 gross / year

Interview process:

  1. Screening with a TA Partner: A general conversation to get to know you, discuss your experience, and understand your motivation.

  2. Technical Interview with Vytas, Head of Growth (1h): A deep dive into your background, previous successes, and specific case studies from your past roles.

  3. Final Chat with Tomas, our Co-founder (30 mins): A discussion on "Why Saltz?", your long-term motivation, and culture fit.
