Job Description

We’re looking for an execution-driven Content Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality, performance-led landing page content for our SEM campaigns. Sitting within the Paid Content team, this role is focused on turning briefs into compelling, conversion-oriented pages in close collaboration with the Content Manager, Publishing Manager, and Operations Lead.

The Content Specialist will primarily focus on the hands-on execution of content—supporting production, editing, and implementation of SEM content assets with consistency and accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone with strong writing and production skills who is looking to grow into a more strategic content role over time.

Key Responsibilities

Content Execution

  • Write and edit high-quality SEM landing pages, advertorials, and short-form campaign assets in alignment with briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure content is clear, engaging, and structured for performance (e.g., conversion-focused language, CTA placement).
  • Support minor content updates and optimizations as directed by the Content Manager.

Content Workflow Support

  • Manage and maintain the SEM content publishing queue, ensuring tickets are tracked, updated, and completed in coordination with the Publishing Manager.
  • Work closely with the Publishing team and Operations Lead to ensure content is implemented correctly and efficiently
  • Support the intake and delivery process for partner briefs and content refreshes.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with Paid Marketing, Publishing, and Design teams to understand content needs and campaign priorities.
  • Provide input on A/B testing content variations when applicable, working alongside the Operations Lead for setup.
  • Assist in reviewing and maintaining accurate compliance tagging and notes as required.

Learning & Development

  • Receive ongoing guidance and mentorship from the Content Manager to develop strategic thinking, campaign planning skills, and content performance insight.
  • Build foundational knowledge in CRO, content frameworks, and SEM best practices.

Skills & Experience & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, editorial, or digital marketing, ideally in a performance-driven environment (SEM, paid media, or CRO preferred).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content for conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Such as WordPress or Builder.io is a plus)
  • A basic understanding of paid media concepts and how content supports SEM goals (e.g., alignment with ad messaging, audience intent).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills—able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across remote teams.
  • A desire to learn and grow into a strategic content leadership role.

What You’ll Bring

As a Content Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our SEM content pipeline runs smoothly and produces impactful, high-quality landing pages. You’ll have hands-on opportunities to learn from experienced content leaders while contributing to high-visibility campaigns. Over time, this role provides a clear pathway toward becoming a Content Manager, with mentorship, growth projects, and increasing responsibility.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Every third Friday of the month off
  • Winter break closure; the week between Christmas and New Years
  • Home office setup
  • Wellness reimbursement
