Job Summary:
The Paid Advertising Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing all paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), paid search, paid social, display, and video. You will collaborate closely with our agency partners to deliver customer acquisition and retention goals. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and analysis to maximize ROI and achieve the company's growth objectives. Our ideal candidate will have deep experience in FBA advertising (sponsored products, sponsored brands, and sponsored display) ads while having additional demonstrable experience in paid search and paid social.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies to support FBA product sales and growth objectives.
- Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with the FBA operations team to align advertising efforts with inventory management and fulfillment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s advertising policies and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon account representatives and support teams.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, product) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to create targeted campaigns that resonate with different customer groups.
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and design effective ad creatives.
- Be a beacon for tracking parity across platforms, devices, and platforms insuring consistent measurement of campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing Amazon advertising campaigns, with a focus on FBA products.
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns (Google & Microsoft) campaigns, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability through Amazon Advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of tracking pixels, how
- Proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.
- Knowledge of SEO and product listing optimization is a plus.
- Agency experience is a plus.
This role is open to candidates physically located in the following metropolitan statistical areas: Las Vegas, NV; New York, NY; and Seattle, WA. Candidates who are not physically located in one of these areas may not be considered for this role.
The base pay range for this position is $126,500-144,000 per year ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, a full range of medical and other benefits is offered.
