As a Packager, you'll be right in the heart of the action—helping get our delicious coffee into the hands of our customers! You'll be packaging fresh coffee, filling orders with care, and making sure every bag meets our high-quality standards and each customer's unique preferences.
Your day will include inspecting products to make sure everything looks and feels just right, loading up packaging equipment like a pro, and keeping your workspace organized and squeaky clean. QualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:- Label and stage coffee bags for the days production.
- Fill bags with appropriate coffee, using a weigh-and-fill machine.
- Seal and tape (where applicable) filled coffee bags.
- Stage product in its designated area.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assure quality and accuracy of product at all stages of packaging.
- Adhere to Dillanos safety rules and guidelines.
- Grind coffee using small grinders and industrial grinders.
- Flavor coffee using a paddle mixer, as well as bag-flavored coffee using weigh-and-fill.
- Assist other departments as necessary.
- Operate a standup and sit-down forklift.

It now roasts coffee for some of the country’s most recognized specialty coffee brands and employs more than 125 staff members.
