Summary:
AI Powered Tech Talent. As a Salesforce AI Engineer, you will design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work as a senior developer, contributing independently to project deliverables while collaborating closely with team members to implement high-quality solutions.
Your day-to-day activities will include understanding functional requirements, developing scalable components, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality. You will actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
Perform development activities independently with minimal supervision.
Actively participate in team discussions and technical reviews.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Copado AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms.
Support configuration and customization across Salesforce modules.
Contribute to problem-solving discussions and propose effective solutions.
Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
Assist in unit testing and support integration testing activities.
Participate in documentation of technical components and workflows.
Continuously learn new Salesforce features, AI tools, and platform capabilities.
Support defect fixing and minor enhancements during project lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce development.
Hands-on experience with:
o Apex
o Triggers
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Salesforce Flows
Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
Basic experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance considerations.
Familiarity with Salesforce design principles and development best practices.
Exposure to AI-powered development tools is preferred.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Certifications Required
Salesforce Platform Developer I – Mandatory
Salesforce Administrator – Preferred
Salesforce AI Associate – Preferred
Agentforce Specialist – Preferred

Additional Information:
3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
Exposure to enterprise Salesforce implementations.
15 years of full-time education is required.
