Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the systems. Throughout the day, the engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and troubleshoot issues is also a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Integration Bus.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware solutions related to IBM Integration Bus.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Integration Bus.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
